All of our regular paddlers are invited to come join us for a celebration of the end of summer this bank holiday Sunday (27th) and Monday (28th) up at Andy's place in South Fambridge on the tidal River Crouch. We'll be gathering from midday Sunday to set up camp (vans and tents welcome!) ahead of a late afternoon paddle (to suit a 5.15pm high tide, so definitely not launching any earlier than 3pm, probably much closer to 4...) Then it's a bring-your-own BBQ food and booze evening in camp! Sunday morning, after clearing up, we're hoping to score a recovery paddle (this is all weather allowing, of course) around an 11.36am low. Fun fun fun! We're not going to publish a private address here on Facebook, so let us know you're coming (by either joining this event or emailing [email protected]) and we'll private message everyone the address on Saturday evening.
