Frank Sultana and his band the Sinister Kids are coming back to the Vanguard, and what a night it's going to be! Seamlessly melding the sounds of the early bluesmen of the Mississippi Delta and the reckless abandon of the 1960's, Frank Sultana and the Sinister Kids have staked their claim as the most exciting blues band in the country right now. 2014 has been a busy year for the Sydney bluesman and his motley crew of talented young players, with the release of the "Working for Pennies" EP, in February, and the tour of the same name, Frank has spent all of this year relentlessly touring the east coast of Australia, both with the band and as a solo act. With 2 albums and an EP released since 2011, Frank has built a strong body of work, and this evening will be a showcase of those songs.
Come and be a part of the next chapter in the Frank Sultana and the Sinister Kids, story, as the entire show is being recorded for an album and dvd release in the summer! That's right, in the true classic tradition of old, this show will become the next release for the band.
