The Nor'Westers 2017 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, November 15 at 7pm at the NWAA Clubhouse for the following purposes:
- To consider and approve the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting of the Members
- To receive the financial statements and Annual Report of the Corporation for the financial year
- To appoint the Auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year.
- To elect Directors for the board
- To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
We encourage all memebrs to attend this important meeting! NWAA members must be in attendance to vote as there is no voting by proxy. Members must be registered with the club and in good standing to vote.
