Lionstar

Lionstar are a Reggae/Rock/World Fusion band based in The South-West UK.
The band comprises of 6 members, all of which bring a unique characteristic to the overall sound through their individual styles and influences, mixing classic Reggae, with Dub, Rock, Funk, Soul, World, with hypnotic heavy basslines to screaming lead guitars along with true and meaningful, soulful lyrics mashed with tight, funky,technical drums, Lionstar truly are a genre of their own.
Lionstar have recently enjoyed playing with such artists as UB40, Aswad, Soul II Soul, Lee 'Scratch' Perry, Bad Manners, Heatwave, Happy Mondays, Toploader, Buzzcocks, Sir John Holt, Macka B, The Skints, Hollie Cook, Michael Rose (Black Uhuru), plus many many more, as well as appearing at and even headlining shows and festivals throughout the UK.
The band has a large following abroad also, with India and South America having the largest international fanbases.
