Healing Through Qi Gong
Restore your body’s innate ability to heal itself through Qi Gong, one of the four branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The electromagnetic field, or Qi, is affected by lifestyle, injury, emotion, and the aging process. Cultivating Qi, through the gentle movements, deep breathing, and meditation of Qi Gong, increases activity in the energy centres, releasing energy blocks, and balancing the yin and yang elements. Qi Gong practice strengthens and regulates the internal organs, the nervous system, and the immune system; it also releases deep-seated emotions.
