Fitness, like everything, goes in cycles. Sometimes you will be on your sixth consecutive week of yoga, greeting the dawn covered in well-earned sweat and other times you’ll be cursing the dawn for ending your all night infomercial chip eating Twitter-refreshing fest. Such is life.
