format: 3 rounds of Khans of Tarkir draft followed by 3 rounds of modern constructed, cut to top 8 modern constructed.
cost: $30
Start time: 10am rego for a 11am Sharp start
prizes: first place gets $200 cash and the title end of year champion! other prizes base on attendance
