Party: Living Too Late ft. Elle / Binti

Living Too Late have been locked up in their studio for the past few months and are finally ready to show off their latest work! Since early January, the lo-fi indie pop outfit (Omar Foda, Hashem El Saifi, Perry Moataz, Hazem El Shamy) has been collaborating with journalist Elle Kurancid on a collection of surreal, ominous and impassioned ballads. We can’t wait to hear the new treats they have in store for us, as well as some old favorites from their last two Eps. The band's third album is due this fall.

Next up is visiting Belgian/Egyptian band Binti. These six sisters grew up with a passion for music, so it’s only natural that this shared passion turned into a full-blown band a few years ago. The band started mainly as a vocal-acoustic formation with six voices, one guitar and a flute. They interpreted songs in different genres from reggae, to barbershop and blues. Since then they started making their own music and had some collaborations with Belgian bands, and eventually started to play internationally including a few concerts in Egypt. Having created new music and evolving to a bit of a rougher, knee-bending style of music, Binti return to their roots for a memorable folk/blues performance this Tuesday.
