Potentially the best pound-for-pound MMA fighter ever, Demetrious Johnson takes on rising contender Ray Borg for the Flyweight Belt in what will be his eleventh title defense (the most of all time). Just prior, we finally get to see Women’s Bantamweight Champion Amanda Nunes meet top-ranked Valentina Shevchenko in the Octagon. This matchup was initially scheduled for UFC 214 but Nunes had to pull out at the last minute due to illness. Also featured on the card, Neil Magny vs Rafael dos Anjos, Ilir Latifi vs Tyson Pedro and Jeremy Stephens vs Gilbert Melendez.
