The main event of this year’s WelcomeFest Reunion; Asylum presents one of the biggest names in house music to ever walk the planet!

Waze & Odyssey have had massive success both in the underground and in the mainstream. Their iconic remix of R Kelly's 'Bump & Grind' saw them fly up the #3 spot in the UK charts and the #1 slot in the UK dance charts. Still staying true to the game they have played peak slots in iconic venues such as Fabric, Berghain and Warehouse Project, whilst also guesting on Boiler Room twice.

Their current single 'On The Downlow' is an underground stonker, being supported by some of the world’s biggest DJ's. It's not often that an act as big as Waze & Odyssey make an appearance in Hull so this event is set to be something special!


Benton, part of the Swamp 81 crew, graces the stage of Asylum for his debut Hull appearance. A true sound of the underground he promises to shake the Union to its foundations with his signature blend of bass music.

Having found success with his remixes of some of the biggest names in the scene, including Rudimental and Dusky, whilst also running his own label 'BBS', who released his two biggest songs ‘The Callin’ & ‘Brian'; Benton promises to cap what should be an amazing night of student revelry.


Crystal Clear have been providing Hull with an underground dance scene for the last decade, in recent times they have taken their raw house party style to some of the biggest dance events in Hull including last year’s EOYB. Now with a successful monthly night at Welly & a residency for big sister night Shinobi, they are back at the union to help throw the biggest party HUU has ever seen!
