Ken Shamrock is an icon of both mixed martial arts and professional wrestling. The UFC's first Superfight UFC champion is a member of the UFC Hall of Fame and considered one of the biggest stars in the history of MMA, having headlined more than a dozen main events and co-main events in the UFC and Pride Fighting Championships during his career. In the WWE, Shamrock became the first MMA star to cross into professional wrestling and become a headliner. In the WWE, Shamrock won numerous championships and popularized the use of the ankle lock submission.
