Multi-Juno Award winning saxophonist and composer Christine Jensen is excited to present her music as well as standards from the American Songbook.
Surrounded by some of Montreal’s most creative and expressive improvisers, she will kick the band in high gear with a diverse array of modern jazz grooves.
Jensen has shared the stage with Lenny Pickett, Geoffrey Keezer, Donny McCaslin, Ben Monder. Taking her music around the world, she has been described as “an original voice on the international jazz scene…one of Canada’s most compelling composers.” -Globe and Mail.
