First Course:
Alfredo’s Antipasto
Antipasto is a course in which Italy’s splendid sausages and cured meats are served. The sausage-makers of Italy have been practicing their craft since their guild was organized in 1376, and we know practice makes perfect

Second Course:
Mediterranean Salad Martinelli
Tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, olives, capers, white tuna, cornichons and of course pasta. The secret to making very good pasta according to Ms. Martinelli is to have a very large pot and a lot of water – much more than you think you need. A pinch of salt should be added to the water just before the pasta is put in.

Third Course:
Osso Buco ala Milanese
Lee Iacocca, former CEO of Chrysler confides that this is his most favorite recipe. It is a dish his mother brought with her when she came to this country. His bride turned to her mother-in-law for help in preparing it.
