When Johnny Cash died in 2003, the world mourned the loss of a genius. Cash is one of the best selling artists of all time, and his music remains vivid in the imaginations of fans the world over. He holds the rare honour of inductions to the Country, Rock’n’Roll and Gospel Halls of Fame. You only have to think of the string of incredible releases he put out over the course of his career to understand the contribution that Cash has made to music history.
We’re bringing some of London’s best musicians to play out all of Cash’s greatest hits, both as a solo artist and the numerous duets he recorded with his wife June Carter. Expect to hear “Folsom Prison Blues”, “I Walk the Line”, “Ring of Fire”, “Get Rhythm”, and many more over the course of the evening.
