Party: UCF Swing Lesson! (Mar. 2)

Hello everyone and welcome to the UCF Swing Knights! We are a student run organization dedicated to providing a safe environment for the community to enjoy and learn swing dancing.

Lessons are taught by our very own international instructor/performer & multiple National Champion Joel Green and Liliya Radyvonyuk! No partners are necessary, and all levels of dancers are welcome and guaranteed to have fun.

This week, Swing Knights President Jen Prichard will be teaching our passionate members the Shim Sham! The shim sham is classic Lindy Hop dance routine, and a fun way to introduce some easy solo dance moves into your repertoire! The shim sham lesson will take place after Joel's regular Monday lesson!

Swing Knight's Monday lessons will take place in the Garden Key Room (221) of the UCF Student Union.

Schedule:
➢ 9:30 pm - Beginner lesson
➢ 10:30 pm - Club Meeting
➢ 10:45 pm - Shim Sham Lesson!

Membership & Pricing:

For UCF Students your first night/lesson is free!

Students looking to continue with lessons and join the Swing Knights club will need to purchase a Swing Knights Membership. Membership gives you access to every beginner lesson of the semester taught by the best instructors, a high quality Swing Knights logo t-shirt, free beginner lessons at our Friday dances, and discounts to several other swing dances around Orlando. Memberships are a total of $80 and can be paid all at once, in $20 monthly installments, or in any way that works best. We also provide a student-in-need membership for those who are eligible.

Non-students are welcome and invited to attend our weekly lessons, but cannot become official members. We instead encourage donations, all of which go to supporting our national level instructor.
