Canapés

Warm
• Tasmanian smoked salmon wrapped asparagus spearin tempura batter with tarragon mayonnaise.
• Hervey Bay scallop sautéed in caramel with toasted pancetta and black sesame seeds.
• Wagyu beef strips dipped in sticky marrow and garlic crumble.
• Salt and pepper quail and hoi sin sauce.

Chilled
• Calabrese chicken roulade with olive tapenade.
• Paprika lamb en croute and Australian crumbled feta.
• Slow roasted BBQ duck and sweet coriander filled lettuce cups.
• Fresh Maloola ocean king prawns with bush tomato cocktail sauce.

Enjoyed with a selected Cocktail, Crown Lager or Molly’s Cradle Brut Sparkling

Entrée

Barramundi
Cone Bay barramundi fillets accompanied by avocado puree, fennel scented ginger and mango salad with garnish of pomegranate seeds.

Accompanied by Jim Barry Lavender Hill Riesling or Wolf Blass Gold Chardonnay

Main

Eye Fillet
Chef’s personally selected eye fillet steak drizzled in mustard jus, served with pan seared seasonal greens, char grilled potatoes and red capsicum in our Chef’s signature spice infused green sauce.

Complimented by Wynns ”The Gables” Cabernet Shiraz or Mandala Cabernet Sauvignon
