Do you also consider Rose Wines as an easy summer drink? Do you go to shop and never think about to get a bottle of Rose in a cold, winter afternoon? Then you should join us to see how great the Rose wines also in winter with winter dishes.
Winter Rose Night!
On 19 December, we will come together again for the 6th Spontaneous Workshop where we make our presentation and start an open discussion on Rose wines to be consumed all year round, while food and wines are served to be “tasted and tested” together. We will taste winter dishes with 3 different Rose wines and see how well the hearty winter food will match with the Roses. The food will have some resembles of Finnish Christmas table which actually consists of many different flavors that never goes well with many of the full bodied red wines recommended every year! So come join us for this evening to experience and discuss with us! Remember, you are not going to be a guest, once you are registered, you are a participant, simply a part of us! :) This is an experiement, all the pairings might be great, or not at all! We will experience that together! Important Note: The dishes will include meat products.

Event cost is 40€ for cellar members and 45€ for non-members including welcome drink, Rose wines and dinner. We will have a powerpoint presentation as well as interview videos of professional sommeliers working in the field and we will all never stop talking before dinner, during dinner and after dinner. This is not a business meeting, this is a family dinner!
