Are you starting to think about looking for a house for 2017/18? Come down to the Housing Fair on Monday 12th December, running 11am-3:30pm in Room 1.
Many students feel the pressure to rush into signing a contract for a house early. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO NEED TO DO THIS! Look around the market for a good house, cheap rent and a reliable landlord.
The Housing Fair is the perfect opportunity to meet and chat with Landlords and Letting agents, find out what they have to offer, and see if they suit your needs.
We will also have representatives from Charnwood Borough Council and DASH who can answer any questions you have on standards you should expect from a house and landlord. Campus Living and Student Support Centre will also be there, happy to help answer any questions you have on what to look for and what to avoid when house hunting.
This year, the event will be taking place in Room 1 with FREE PIZZA for those who attend!
Remember there's NO NEED TO RUSH!
