It is Week 5 of the Gridiron Victoria Men's Season, and FINALLY, the Division 1 competition gets underway!
Playing for the first time on the new surface at Ranger Field, the Croydon Rangers Men's team open their season against the 2016 VicBowl contenders Western Crusaders Gridiron Club. The Cru have grown in the offseason, and are fielding a Division 2 team for the first time this year, and will as always be a tough opening opponent.

The canteen will be open all day, serving a great range of food, including the World Famous Ranger Burger, and The Lone Ranger Bar will be open from 11 am selling beers, cider and pre-mixed spirits. And be sure to stick around after the match for drinks and a bite to eat, with music and plenty of opportunities to talk with the Rangers players.
As always, the Club welcomes anyone that would like to volunteer on the day, even if for only an hour or two. We have plenty of tasks that need filling, with no knowledge of the game required.
