Since moving to Newcastle in the early 90's, Russell has become a well-known member of the Newcastle Music Industry.

He first performed with Flashback, Halfback and the Snape Brothers. After a significant break from the music scene, he’s returned with a renewed passion.

As a solo artist, he performs a range of music that is near to his heart. Whether it is played acoustically or with backing tracks, Russell performs songs that span many years and genres. His ability to entertain almost any type of crowd makes him a performer with incredible versatility.
